April is a month of surprises! We got 15 cm of snow last night.

We are used to cold climat but yesterday the out door temperature was -36 C (photo above) in Jokkmokk, 600 km north of us. We were there to visit the winter market. Many owners with mobile homes, like us, had problems to start the engines because the batteries are too cold to deliver power enough, and some of us had even worse problems with frozen motor systems. But we had a nice temperature indoor in our mobile home. We were helped to a warm garage in which we stayed some hours. Around 5 PM the motor was OK so then we started our trip back home. With the temperature - 38, at that time, you cannot drive faster than 50-60 km/h, otherwize the engine is too cold out of the freezing wind. Coming down the coast it was warmer (only - 24) so then we could drive faster. In one place of our mainroad, E4, we were only 0,1-0,2 m from hitting some reindeers. The trip went well and we arrived home at 4 AM this morning blessing Anni and Björn who had shovelled the snow away from the parking place in our garden.
